No need for equipment

our trainers are fully equipped with all the necessary tools. We bring the gym to you. We have dumbbells, barbells, mats, resistant bands, stability balls, kettlebells and custom equipment that are specifically designed to fit your setting.

Our trainers always ARRIVE 10-15 minutes before your session to set-up any equipment needed for that day's workout.

Mentoring & Coaching


We mount a work ethic that lasts for a lifetime. Our sessions do not end on the clock, you will be in constant contact with your trainer who will be monitoring your progress through daily support via text, emails, or calls; answering all of your questions whenever they arise. Every schedule is adjustable; you can choose the trainer you want to work with or rotate them for different types of exercise programs depending on their specialty. All this from the convenience of our mobile app which you will have access to once you are a Soma member. This additional level of accountability could be key to achieving your fitness goals

 
 
 

Initial Assessment & Overall Health 


Baseline measurements will be used to identify your strengths and weaknesses and help determine your physical fitness level. We gather objective information (e.g., blood pressure, heart rate, body fat percentage, body measurements, posture/movement assessments) and subjective information (e.g., occupation, lifestyle, medical). These measurements will ensure that a safe and effective exercise program is planned and they will aid in monitoring your performance and assess your progress throughout your training

 
 
 

CUSTOM PROGRAMMING


After a comprehensive understanding has been achieved from the assessment; a scientifically based, systematic, and progressive model will be customized to meet the needs and goals of each person exclusively. All of our trainers are certified and experienced in designing programs for any type of client. 

 
 
 

WELLNESS & RECOVERY


Rest and Recovery are critical components of any successful training program. They are also the least planned and underutilized ways to enhance performance. All of our Wellness services are customized to maximize your body’s repair, and along with our nutritional counseling we prioritize life and maximize performance without personal sacrifice.
