Program that incorporates elements from high-intensity interval training, Olympic weight-lifting, Plyometrics, Calisthenics

Conditioning

Involves aerobic exercise with resistance from the pool water

Guidance and assistance in Ballistic, Dynamic, Static and Proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation in order to improve the muscles elasticity and achieve comfortable muscle tone
